I have just moved from out of state and searched the internet for the closest oil change shop that used Valvoline. Found ExpressCare and I am glad I did. Dave was extremely nice didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff and told me about an over inflated tire. He also gave me the coupon offered because my printer is not unpacked yet! I will definitely be back.

I must say, I was very impressed with the service I received from this shop last week.  To be honest, I was actually contemplating driving to a shop closer to my home.  Luckily, I made the right choice and stopped by Express Care. The service I received from the manager Dave was outstanding. Not only did Dave take the time to explain everything that was going on with my car he recommended repairs that covered only the problem areas, nothing more. When I have gone to other places they always hard sell me for every little thing, trying to intimidate me into repairs or upgrades that are really not necessary and quite expensive.  Having gone through this experience many times before I was expecting the same thing but to my surprise it was just the opposite. He clearly explained to me what was going on, taking the time to show me what needed to be replaced and gave me a heads up on potential repairs I may need in the future without pressuring me into anything. I truly felt he had my best interest in mind when he explained the service he was performing.  I will definitely be back and will recommend Dave to everyone I know. Thanks again.

Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL.  Dave Burba, manager, and Mike Piazza, Mechanic have numerous times over the past year serviced my automobile and have done so with excellent care and precision in regards to said auto.  I am always pleased with their service.
